Artist Carmen creates this screen using stones indigenous to her native land of El Salvador, as well as other natural materials. All placed spiritually and aesthetically to evoke a natural and organic work of beauty and function. Metal frame and structural components cradle stones and tool-worked flat metal pieces. This three-panel piece is designed to be viewed from both sides.
